How to make a Tartiflette (No Fancy Skills Required):
Step 1: Grab some potatoes. Slice them, and cook them halfway.
Step 2: Fry up some onions and bacon—or, for the vegans, toss in some tofu. (Still delicious!)
Step 3: Layer it all together in a dish—potatoes, bacon (or tofu), onions.
Step 4: Now, the star: slice that creamy Reblochon in half and plop it on top, rind up.
Step 5: Pop it in the oven. Wait until it’s all bubbly and golden.
